We are thrilled to announce our involvement in the early stages of the construction of the new Netflix studio in Ashford for Ashford International Developments Limited.
As part of the preliminary stages of the development, Datum Groundworks have been appointed to install a comprehensive drainage system and attenuation tanks. These crucial installations ensure the structural integrity of the site and guarantee the smooth operation of the facility in all weather conditions.
Drainage systems are a fundamental part of any construction project, but they become even more critical when it comes to complex structures like the development at Newtown. Our team is meticulously installing a robust drainage system with attenuation tanks that will effectively manage surface water, prevent flooding, and ensure the longevity of the structures. These units are designed to store stormwater runoff temporarily and release it at a controlled rate into the drainage system, preventing overwhelm and potential damage. The attenuation tanks we’re installing will not only protect the future development from possible water damage but also contribute to the local community’s well-being by lessening the impact of potential flash floods on the local infrastructure.
