Datum Groundworks delivered a £2.5 million groundworks package for Quinn Estates at the former Herne Bay Golf Course.

The development provides purpose-built later-living accommodation, comprising self-contained homes with on-site support.

Outcome

A key requirement was achieving the project’s fixed Golden Brick date. Datum carefully planned and sequenced the works around this critical milestone, coordinating labour, plant, materials and site activities to maintain progress against the programme.

The project demonstrates Datum’s ability to deliver substantial structural and infrastructure works against commercially important deadlines.
